5 minutes from Galveston Bay, Sylvan Beach, and 45 minutes to the City of Galveston, La Porte has much to see and do. There is the Battleship Texas, the World War I warship, the birthplace of Texas Monument (where Santa Ana was defeated) and much much more to enjoy.
Rose Garden is situated on it's own exclusive street, part of a historic street plan recorded in the year 1898, and yet adjacent to a small private neighborhood of twenty well cared for homes.
We share our street with fifteen acres of natural parkland bordered by one of the areas many beautiful churches.
